We actually had a call from a female stating that Mr. Jennings had committed some questionable conduct in the city park,” said Mitchell.
Jennings was cited for DUI and indecent exposure and taken to the hospital for chest pains, but he left before he could be treated. Police quickly located Jennings, but this time Mitchell says he was on a different bicycle.
“It was a small pink bicycle and through further investigation, we determined that it actually belonged to a juvenile…a little girl here in Paintsville,” Mitchell said.
