Rhode Island State Police arrested a Providence man accused of leaving a 3-year-old autistic child in a car in the parking lot of Twin River Casino.
State police on Saturday arrested 38-year-old Mitchell Cuevas and charged him with child neglect and obstruction of justice.
According to state police, the child was left unattended with no heat in 35-degree weather for a half hour.
