Man Destroys Hospital Equipment!!

According to Council Bluffs police, an officer was dispatched to Mercy Hospital on Oct. 4 at 1:56 a.m. on a report of a disturbance involving a man who was “out of control” inside the critical care unit.
The officer arrived and saw McVay pinned to the ground in a hallway by security staff. The officer placed handcuffs on McVay while he was on the ground.
Medical staff told police that McVay was being treated in the critical care unit “for eating a Tide Pod,” the report says.
A nurse told the officer that McVay got out of his hospital bed and began breaking items in the room before he went into the hallway and destroyed more equipment.
Staff said he “was yelling loudly while he was destroying items,” reports say.
