False Bomb Threat Reported In Smart & Final!!! All A Ploy By Homeless Man To Steal Booze!!!

Shoppers fled a Smart & Final when a homeless man hijacked the public-address system to make an ominous announcement, authorities said on Friday.
“He said there was a bomb threat and requested that customers exit from the front of the store,” sheriff’s Lt. Wayne Rehnelt said.
After the threat, made at just after 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, worried shoppers gathered outside the store in the 3000 block Crown Valley Parkway.
In the confusion, the suspect grabbed alcohol and fled on foot.
Deputies searched the store but no explosives were found. They also reviewed the store’s surveillance video and identified the suspect as a known transient, Rehnelt said.
“I’ve been doing this a long time, and haven’t heard of that particular (ruse),” said Rehnelt, who has been in law enforcement for about 30 years.
As of Friday morning, the suspect remained at large.

Couple Hot Box Car With 1 Year Child Inside!!!

Salinas police officers at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday checked on a suspicious Honda in the parking lot of Natividad Creek Park. Officers contacted Matias, who was in the driver’s seat. When he rolled the car’s window down, police said a “very heavy cloud of marijuana smoke bellowed from inside the car.”
Police also found Campos and the couple’s daughter in the vehicle!
An Emerency Medical Service crew responded to the scene to check on the welfare of the girl.
“After some initial difficulty waking the child, it was determined that the child should be transported to the hospital as a precaution,” police said in a statement.
The girl was placed with Child Protective Services after examination.

Passenger Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Sleeping Woman On Flight

The woman said she fell asleep leaning against the window, the complaint states. She woke up to a hand down her pants and noticed that her pants and her shirt were unbuttoned and the passenger next to her was fondling her, according to the complaint.
The passenger stopped when she woke up, and she immediately reported the incident to a flight attendant, the complaint states. Two flight attendants told investigators that the woman was visibly upset and was crying, the complaint states.
Ramamoorthy was taken into custody when the flight landed. He said in a written statement that he was in “deep sleep,” the complaint states. He also said that the woman fell asleep on his knees and he is “not sure where [he] kept the hand on her.”
“Through my knowledge I didn’t [sic] anything to her,” Ramamoorthy said, according to the complaint.
He gave a further statement in an interview with an FBI agent, saying that he “might have” undone the woman’s bra while playing with it, and that he had cupped her breasts over her clothes, the complaint states. He indicated that he unzipped her pants part way and put his finger into her pants and tried to fondle her, the complaint states.

Florida Man Arrested, Banned From Airport After Pissing On Floor Of Plane

58-year-old Dante Bencivenga of Fort Myers, Florida is facing charges of Disorderly Intoxication and Trespassing.
According to Lee County Port Authority Police, representatives from Spirit Airlines spotted Bencivenga nodding off and smelling like alcohol as he waited to board his flight. After boarding the plane, they say he urinated all over the plane’s toilet and carpet.
Bencivenga was asked to leave the plane and did so before becoming belligerent, according to the airline.
Responding officers say Bencivenga had a strong smell of alcohol but claimed he wasn’t intoxicated, requesting a breath test to prove his innocence.

Man Rips Off 20 Chickens’ Heads Off!!

“Ulrich was highly intoxicated and was in a jealous rage,” Officer Michael DeVito told the Hartford Courant. “He banged [the chickens] on the ground to kill them and snapped the heads off.”
Both men were arrested Wednesday. Ulrich faces numerous charges, including 20 counts of cruelty to animals. Budnovitch was charged with conspiracy to commit cruelty to animals, among other charges. The pair posted bail and were set to appear in Milford Superior Court on Jan. 30.
DeVito said Ulrich had Budnovitch drive to the homes of people that sparked his anger and swung an ax at their car windows. The two allegedly engaged in the behavior after Ulrich left a bar early Christmas morning.
The pair then traveled to a home with chickens and Ulrich killed them and left some of their heads lying around on the owners’ property. Others were placed in a bag as Ulrich claimed he would boil and eat them, DeVito told the Hartford Courant.
