A man living in the home told deputies he and this three young sons woke up to Futch yelling, howling and walking down the road around 6 a.m. on Nov. 11.
Two hours later, the man says they woke up again after hearing Futch on the roof of his home near the 1800 block of 4th Ln.
When Futch was asked if he was under the influence he said he had injected meth at approximately 2 a.m., an arrest affidavit states.

This fuckery happened at an Asian bistro (please no jokes!!)! Personally, if I were dining at a restaurant and I spotted a rat, I would promptly leave that establishment and not look back. The restaurant manager after being informed of this should have went to the patron’s table and told them that their meal would have been on the house… With everyone having the abilities to review restaurant experiences online, I would have tried to do everything in my power to keep this person from doing so… It looks as if its too late now!

MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) – Meridian police have made two arrests in connection with a break-in and vandalism at Meridian High School Friday.
The ninth grade building was burglarized and extensive graffiti and profanity was spray painted on buildings.
Police say 19-year-old Jordan Wolfe is responsible for destroying property at Meridian High School and promoting racial hate.
Detectives say Wolfe calls himself a white supremacist. In Wolfe’s preliminary hearing investigators revealed that Wolfe told them he has fantasies of killing black people.
“He admitted to the vandalism and burglary at Meridian High School. He also named his 16-year-old accomplice,” Meridian Police Chief Benny Dubose says.
Wolfe and his younger brother were identified through surveillance footage. Both have been charged with commercial burglary. Wolfe was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
On Saturday night, more graffiti was found around the city. Chief Benny Dubose says a city employee was taking pictures of the recently spray-painted hate messages when he saw Jordan Wolfe nearby.
Detectives testified that Wolfe was arrested in the tunnel on 26th Avenue after he spray-painted more graffiti.
“The police department was in the area at the time. They took the individual into custody after questioning him and finding spray paint along with fresh graffiti in the subway,” Dubose explains.
Dubose says the anti-defamation league and federal authorities are looking into this case to determine if it will be classified as a hate crime. He anticipates more charges will be added to the Wolfe brothers by Meridian detectives. Meanwhile, Mayor Percy Bland says Meridian has come together and will not tolerate this.
“Everyone in this community condemns these cowardly acts and they do not reflect who we are as a community or as a city,” Bland says.
Wolfe said in court Monday that he only broke a few glass windows and that it shouldn’t cost the estimated $15,000 to repair.
Police anticipate several charges being added to the list for both suspects.
A GoFundMe account has been created by Meridian High School students to replace the graffiti with a mural.
