Couple Had Been Using The Cage For The Last Three To Four Years!!!!
Quote: “they were able to control the child better by locking her up.” What is shocking in this case is that they are trying to claim that Department of Children’s Services had been to the home several times and was aware of the cage.. That previous statement is the epitome of fuckery!!! You mean to tell me that child protective service knew about this cage and did nothing about it.. These two need to stop their lying!
