These kids are getting more brazen in stealing cars… I wish back at that age I had the gall to do such things because what child didn’t want to drive a car??? Could it be possible these kids actions are due to the popularity of GTA? We usually attach the YouTube clip of Latarian Milton A.K.A ”Mr. I wanted to do hood rat things with my friends” to this video but we’ve worn holes in that video!!!
