The judge estimated Morris has been committing the crime for more than 40 years. He said the crime is so bizarre and perverted, victims and law enforcement haven’t known how to react.
Until 2006, no law classified semen throwing as a sex offense. In 1993, for instance, he was charged with simple assault for squirting semen from a perforated condom onto a woman inside a Warren County supermarket. He’s also thrown it from small squirt bottles, a prosecutor previously said.
Morris said he turns to semen squirting out of frustration when he’s fired from a job. He said his urge is “triggered by a type of dilemma related to personal problems like a lack of employment or a lack of a future where I can’t provide a living for myself or possibly give any assistance to my parents or my siblings.”
