Was this really worth it in the long run for this Chili’s manager? I’m sure it took him about 5+ years of being a server, moving up to shift supervisor, and then manager.. You just flushed all your hard work down the crapper by being a tough guy and showing this guy who really runs shit!! Good luck at your next gig!
